Playful Parenting - Walking to 3 years

This playful Parent/Tot class is centered on age appropriate developmental movements.  Strong emphasis on socialization skills.  Musical games, weekly themes, obstacle courses, and even a jump on the tumble track make this a special treat for your toddler!

KinderGym - Ages 3-5 years

No parents needed here.  This theme-oriented class gives your child something to look forward to from week to week.  More challenging skills give kids stronger bodies and sharper minds as well as a clearer understanding their body's capabilities and limitations.

Recreational Rainbow - Ages 5 and up

This program is geared for both boys and girls and is a positive-no-fail reward system that progresses students through all levels of gymnastics at their own pace.  Students are awarded ribbons on each gymnastics Olympic event.  Our Rainbow Program provides your child the priceless opportunity to learn the true spirit of non-competitive and personal achievement.

Cheer/Tumble - Ages 7 and up

Classes instruct all aspects of cheerleading with about 75% of the time devoted to tumbling skills specific to cheerleading, while remaining time is spent on jumps, cheers and chants.  Classes are designed to accommodate various skill levels.

Cheerleading Squad Classes

We arrange special curriculum just for your squad.  We offer just the basics to advanced and upper level training.  Minimum of 8 students.  Please call for additional information.

Our Award-Winning Competitive Team Gymnastics Program - YMCA Challengers

Our Competitive Girls Gymnastics Team travels statewide and competes in USGA from levels 4-10.

Rock Climbing - An Extreme Experience

This is the next generation of sports wall climbing including the Pluto and Power Belay Climbing and Repelling Safety System.  Students are in for an exciting adventure where they can push their personal limits, learn new skills and the power of teamwork.  Classes and open climbing sessions are available ages 5 and up.
