Appropriate dance attire is required.  All dancewear is available for purchase at the studio.

PRE-BALLET - Pink leotard, pink tights & pink ballet shoes.
PRE-BALLET & TAP COMBO- (Pre-Ballet) Black leotard, pink tights & pink ballet shoes. (Tap) Black leotard, black jazz pants & tan tap shoes. 
BALLET - Black leotard, pink tights & pink ballet shoes
POINTE - Shoes must be clean with clean ribbons.
JAZZ - Black leotard, black jazz pants & black jazz shoes.
ADVANCED JAZZ - Red camisole top, black jazz pants & black jazz shoes
TAP - Black leotard, black jazz pants & tan tap shoes.

HAIR must be in a bun for all classes. 
(Short hair must be away from the face.)


  • Absolutely no food or drinks (including water) allowed in Dance Studio!

  • Cooperative behavior at all times!



1st time - A verbal reminder.
2nd time - A note is sent home with student.
3rd time - Student will not be allowed to participate.



  • Have your child ready for class 5 to10 minutes before class begins.

  • Call if your child will be absent.

  • Do not allow your child to enter Dance Studio until assistants have given permission to do so.

  • Do not leave students unattended in lobby before or after class.  Assistants will line everyone up and bring them into the Studio and upon dismissal will bring them out.

  • Do not leave siblings unattended in lobby or outside grounds area. 


There will be a charge of $5.00 for every 5 minutes a student is picked up late from the last class of the day or from any rehearsal.


  • Only students, teachers and assistants are allowed in dance studio during class time!

  • There will be 2 observation weeks during the school year:
    One week before winter break (Dec. 17.18.19 & 20).
    One week before spring break (March 18, 19, 20 & 21).

  • If you have a question or problem regarding your child, please call or set up a meeting time with the instructor. It is impossible to discuss anything in between classes!


A student who wishes to withdraw from a class must advise the Studio in writing. If a student wishes to return during the school year, a registration fee of $35.00 to re-enroll will be required.

It will be the discretion of the teacher to decide whether a returning student is prepared and ready to participate in the end of the year performance.

The registration fee, tuition, costume and picture fees are non-refundable regardless of whether or not a student performs or drops out.

During the first week of classes, there will be a ten minute meeting before each class for parents and students for all Pre-Ballet, and Tap I & II classes.

FADC policies, syllabus and any concerns you might have will be addressed. Please be sure to attend!
